How do you Import a font into Photoshop?

Answer:

All you have to do is copy them to your WINDOWS/FONTS directory. It may also be necessary to go into that directory, in Windows Explorer, and click "Install Font" on the File menu.

The font should appear in the Fonts drop-down box, in Photoshop, without you having to restart Photoshop.
