Hi Brook. I made those 3D buttons in Photoshop, by using a bevel effect and changing the Gloss Contour (double-click on your layer in Photoshop to bring up all the options). See this tutorial for full information on making a metallic effect. http://www.pegaweb.com/tutorials/metal-menus-buttons/metal-menus-buttons.htm -- To make the "pushed-down" version of the button, just use the same image, but give it an Inner Shadow, and nudge the text down, to make it look indented (use Down Arrow key, with the Move Tool selected). Save both these images for thw web (Jpeg, Quality 60), and make a rollover / mouseover image in your web editor. The rest should be easy.
