how to save your creation??

Ok, thanx for all the help Dan! Anyway, I made a sig for a message board, and need to know how to save it so I can host it. When you exit the creation and then look at it in my pictures, it takes me to the whole Adobe screen. Is there a way I can have the Image by itself to look at??
