The best way to output a site from Imageready is to skip Frontpage all together for the first part. Use Save Optimized... and select "HTML and Images" This will create an html file and its accompanying directory of images in a location you specify. To edit the page, simply open the generated html file in Frontpage (or any other editor). Copying and pasting to a new file will not bring the necessary directory of images along with it. By generating both the images and the html together, you guarantee that the directory will be set up correctly, to avoid future confusion.
