You don't load fonts into the Photoshop folder or program. Go to Windows Control Panel - Fonts - and click on File - install new fonts; navigate to where they are on your hard drive, double click which ones you want to install and they should appear in the box under the menu bar, then click ok. When you next open Photoshop and want to use a particular font you have just installed it should be available in the font list. (Just hope I haven't forgotten anything :))
