Hi Mandy. The reason you can't edit the text is because it isn't text any more. When a program saves information about text, it stores each letter, and what colour and font the text is. In an image, it's all just a big grid of coloured pixels. The program doesn't know that it's text. It will be very hard to identify the fonts used. I'd suggest you just look around and find a similar font.
