I think you've mistaken the point of the tutorial. The idea behind is to teach you how to create the effects in Photoshop that eventually become the web page. No amount of source code in the world will teach you that. And there is no Slime Factory page actually in existence, so of course there is no source code for it. Assembling the page is fairly simple, it's a standard table-based design like thousands of pages on the internet. All you need to do for source is go to any of them and go to View > Page Source (or View Source) in your browser. IE and Mozilla at least support this feature, which lets you read the full source for the page you're viewing.
