Its been a while since i have played with frames, the first thing i would do is set up a structure for your practice web pages ie make a folder called frames practice in that folder make another folder called images and place all your images in that,.. that will save a bit of space in your code, and i think your problem is you are trying to place the image directly into the frame, i think you need to make a source html page for the different frames and in the source page put your image you want as a background in the body tag and then the other image you want to put in has to be put in between the body tags
