I am looking for a tutorial on making a table with rounded edges. Ideally, a table that can have a navy blue top band (10px) and bottom band (10px), and about 2 px of side border in navy blue, leaving white inside the table to be filled with information... such as text. I'd like for the bands at the top and bottom to be adjustable if at all possible, and for the rounded edges to be transparent where they're not Navy blue, so that a background image can be put 'under' this table for the remainder of the page space not used... Anyone have a tutorial like that? If not, could one possibly be made here on this site? This site is super bad @$$ by the way!! :)
