Hi Joey. It sounds like you're having a probliem with relative cell sizes in a table. Try making a new table for each element of your web page (ie one for the header, one for the main text, and one for the footer. Make sure you set all the heights and widths of these elements to a set number of pixels, rather than a percentage. In general, you should make your header a normal image, rather than a background.
