Text Doesn't Show Up

This is probably very simple, but it's driving me crazy. I'm trying to make a simple navigation using 4 tabs with text. The tabs are blue and the text is white. On the first tab the text showed up fine, but I can't get the text to show up on any of the other tabs. As far as I can tell the text is set to white, but I'm new at PhotoShop so obviously I'm missing something. Thanks, Ed
