Photoshop created template converted to Dreamweaver

I received a very helpful response from someone in the forum and I really appreciate it. The other question I have is that I've created a web "template" in Photoshop but now I would like to take it to Dreamweaver, but I want to use Frames. I've tried and it's not working. Is there a way to use frames in Dreamweaver if the template is created in Photoshop? If any tutorials speak on this please advise or ANY advise is helpful.
