Hi Levent. I don't use plugins. I'm sure there are some that are useful, but you're better off learning how to make things without using plugins. The knowledge you gain from doing things the hard way is very useful, and versatile. Most people who are new to Photoshop head straight for the filters, while professional graphic designers only use a few of the filters, and use more of tools such as the airbrush.
