Make a rectangular selection with the selection tool, then select>modify>smooth. If your image is not very large (150px) input about 15 in the menu and click OK. Play with numbers and you'll get as rounded corners as you want. TIP: apply this smoothing twice or more with the same value and your corners become softer and nicer :)
