Hi Steve. This kind of "banding" will always happen with a gif. You can offset it a bit though, by using dithering. This shouldn't be happening with a jpeg though. Try setting the quality to 100%. If all else fails, you can always take a screenshot of Photoshop, and then cut out the image from that screenshot. (This is rare, but it is possible that things can look different when they're saved.)
