Hi Greg. Unless you're using Photoshop CS as your web editor, this shouldn't have anything to do with Photoshop at all. Try using a different web editor, like Frontpage or Dreamweaver. Put everything in a table, and set the width of that table to 100%. That white space is there because the width of your current table is less than the width of your screen.
