Hi JS. What you need to do is save it as a GIF. Only a GIF can have a transparent background. The only problem is that gifs have other issues - they're limited to 256 colours, and they're often larger than JPEGs. If it's possible, you can always replace the background colour of your button with the background colour of your web page, to make it blend in.
