I am not very sure abou this but it is worth giving it a try. From what I understood the font was messed up at the library computer only..Right? If you inserted the text by coding(that being with an editor or not)meaning that it is not part of an image maybe the text you choose was not installed on the library computer, espacially if the OS is older and has not been updated frequently. It happens to me all the time. If that is the case what i would do is choose another font that is pretty much known to be on all or most computers i.e. Times New Roman or Verdana.
