In Imageready, there should be a little window at the bottom, with frames in it. It will be a very wide window. If you can't see it, you may need to enable it on the View menu. Just make some new frames (by right-clicking and duplicating them), and click on each one to edit it. Let me know if something doesn't work or goes wrong.
