Hi Kyle. I'm really not sure what happened there. The easiest solution would probably be to uninstall and then reinstall Photoshop. I wouldn't bother trying to figure out the problem - it may take ages. All kinds of settings in Photoshop can mysteriously "go wrong". It's usually easier to just reinstall Photoshop, rather than try to figure the problem out.
