Is there an easier way?

When I make a banner with some rollovers, theres all these files I have to upload and the webhost im using currently does not support ftp, is there an easier way to upload the 30+ files in my folder to my webhost? or do I have to upload 1 by 1 and then when they are all uploaded I gotta go change the code in the .html and rename it to the url of the uploaded files so that they would show.
