Hi Michelle. To cut off the unwanted bits of the watermark, you'll need to go to the Layers list. Ctrl+Click on the layer that's casting the shadow. This selects its area. Then press Ctrl+Shift+I or click Select > Inverse. This will invert your selection, so that the "blank area" will now be selected. Now go to your watermark layer, and press Delete. :)
