Hi, I have an image and want to save it to the web, I've done this numerous times with no problem, but now, with the same image as I had used just yesterday and was fine, today, when it's optimized, is very "blotchy" kind of like if used posterize on the background at a very low rate. I messed around with some of the settings and nothing seems to work. And on the color options, I can't change them, it's just blank, like normally it would say, how many colors do I want to use and all, and now, nothing, none of that at all. Does anyone know what the problem is? Thanks in advance for any help.
