Buttons with Links on PSD

Your tutorial is short and straightforward. I like it. I'm just confused when u reach the part where u place the PSD image into the table. How do i create an actual link to each of the buttons if i were to use Frontpage? You mentioned "Put in hotspots over the buttons" - I don't understand that. TQ!
