Hi Dave. I think I know what you're trying to do here. Instead of saving the whole thing as one big image in Photoshop, save it as two - a header image, and a menu image (if you have a menu). Make a table, and then put the header image in a cell at the top, and put the menu image in a cell at the left. If you just use the whole image as a big background, you'll also only be able to put a limited amount of text in the table.
