Help with adding tables

I am using frontpage and have finished some of my site www.magicmoms.com however, I need to know how to add tables to the right side of the page to be able to add advertisements. Everytime I add the table over there it knocks my text down in the middle of the page. I need to be able to break up alot of my text, etc... so it's not like reading a book. Thanks for any help.
