Daniel does a good job with this site.... but there is a lot to learn with any sort of design work for public viewing. Try a peek at www.webdevelopersnotes.com/design/index.php3. This gives you a lot of good information on all aspects of web colour combinations because the blue or black text on a bright yellow background is headache material!
