I really do suggest that everyone expecting to create their own website should learn a bit of good ol' HTML. It's better that you understand it, you will have a better grasp on what websites are all about. I personaly borrowed photoshop from a friend to design, and use notepad for all my HTML coding. ... It's really not hard at all, I assure you.
