I sincerely hope this post is some kind of oddball joke. Do you expect to be able to make a website out of nothing? It should be no surprise that making a website requires a website editor, and that making graphics requires a graphics program. You will also notice that I expect that visitors to this site have "an operating system" and "a computer." Please excuse me while I "fix" my whole site, so that you can do all the Photoshop tutorials... without Photoshop. Maybe you should try this: Start > Programs > Accessories > Notepad. Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint. Have fun!
