The Fat Fonts...what are they?

Okay, I'm new to photoshop so this question mught seem very basic but.... I cant seem to find the "Fat" fonts that I see used in many text tutorials. I'm looking for ones that I can fill with picture backgrounds etc. What are some of these fonts and if they dont come with photoshop 7, where can I get them? Thanks TD
