Embroidery texture

Hi everyone! I'm a new graphic design student going through the learning stages of photoshop and illustrator; however, I have a project that I'm currently working on which requires me to use like an embroidery texture on the headline... I have NO IDEA how to do it... any suggestions???.. THANKS!!!!
