Header and side menu

I tried to make a site similar to your crimsom shadow but can't seem to make the header .jpg and the side .jpg line up. What am I missing? I tried to resize the image in FrontPage but that changes the look of the buttons and the font seem to pixelate. Help please. AND BY THE WAY, THIS IS PROBABLY THE BEST DESIGN SITE I'VE SEEN. THANKS FOR BUILDING IT!
